Another key area of my practice is providing comprehensive legal advice on estate and succession planning and all related matters, whether it involves personal succession or business succession. For private individuals, this advice specifically includes powers of attorney, advance healthcare directives, and living wills.
With a few exceptions (e.g., the formation of companies, transfers of ownership under a prenuptial agreement), contracts involving real estate in the Canton of Solothurn are the exclusive purview of the local registry offices. However, as an independent notary, I am happy to advise and assist you on your journey to homeownership and coordinate all related negotiations, notarizations, and registrations with the appropriate local registry office.
